My workout is very disciplined and it takes top priority in my day. 5 to 6 days a week. Two days of leg only workout and with a kettlebell. The rest is for arms and upper body. I fucking love my workout.
I was also curious as to what your exercise ritual is. I'm trying to get the motivation up and do something in the form of working out. I think I might "dedicate" my first video to you. Too bad you can't make a cameo appearance.
